Our commitments

All animals intended for sale, from our breeding are guaranteed to be in perfect health, correctly sexed (with the exception of species whose sexing remains difficult or even impossible at the juvenile stage) and feeding themselves.
All our animals are sold with the necessary documents at the time of sale and in compliance with the legislation in force (invoices, CITES copy if necessary, etc.).
We undertake to provide you with all the information you will need before, during and after the sale.

 

Prices and payments

Are subject to change at any time without prior notice, except reservations.

We accept payments by check, cash and transfers bank.

Payment plan

The payment of the price can be spread over a maximum period of 3 months after agreement between Caperan Reptiles and the customer.
The agreement of the parties regarding the payment of the price will specify the number of instalments and the payment schedule that the customer agrees to respect.

The agreed deadlines can be settled by transfer, check or money order.
The first deposit must be a minimum amount of 30% of the total order.
Each deadline constitutes a deposit. The last deadline represents the balance of the price.
If the customer is unable to honor his commitment until its term, we can offer to replace his initial order with an animal of a value equivalent to the amount of the payment already made. This option will only be open to the customer on condition that he informs Caperan Reptiles of his inability to honor his commitment and this for a justifiable reason, before the deadline agreed for the payment of the balance of the price.

In the event of payment not made in full at the end of the contract and without news from the customer at the end of the contract, the animal(s) ordered will be put back on sale.
No deposit will be refundable.

Any animal will only be delivered upon receipt of payment of the full price.

Reservations

Are possible after prior agreement and after payment of a deposit equivalent to 50% of the price of the animal.
In the event of cancellation of a reservation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

Shipping and transport

Animals must be paid in full at the time of collection, unless otherwise agreed.
Animals are sent by express carrier.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the delivery department.

Animals can be collected on site but only by appointment.

Complaints

Any claim can only be made within 48 hours of receipt your animals.
